About the Role:
Academy of Art University is looking for dedicated instructors who are passionate about art and design to teach courses in our online degree programs. This position offers the chance to inspire and mentor students at both the undergraduate and graduate level while sharing your expertise in the creative field.
Responsibilities:
- Lead interactive online classes, workshops, and demonstrations
- Support students in developing their creative skills through assignments and critiques
- Provide timely, constructive evaluations of student work
- Incorporate current practices and industry knowledge into course content
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Art, Design, or a related discipline
- Previous teaching or mentoring experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with online instruction or digital learning platforms is highly valued
