About the Role:
Seeking a Central Sterile Technician to ensure surgical instruments are properly cleaned, sterilized, and maintained for patient safety.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and disinfect surgical instruments
- Operate sterilization equipment
- Track and maintain instrument inventory
- Follow infection control protocols strictly
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in sterile processing preferred
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures
- Experience in hospital or surgical center a plus
