About the Role:
Fixpoint is looking for a freelance Set and Exhibit Designer to create compelling and functional designs for exhibits, trade shows, and temporary installations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong creative vision and practical knowledge of design production.
Responsibilities:
- Develop exhibit and set layouts that balance creativity and usability
- Produce 3D models, renderings, and technical drawings for fabrication
- Work with production teams to ensure buildability of designs
- Stay within project timelines and budget guidelines
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in exhibit or set design
- Skilled in CAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or related tools
- Strong portfolio of previous design work
- Understanding of fabrication methods and materials
